I placed 15 orders between July 2020 and January 2021...Of the 15, only six were ever sent to my address...Four orders were sent to different states, three orders had labels printed, but never sent and two orders were labeled as lost/missing...The total amount that was charged, but never fulfilled was $1800.00...They replied with excuses and apologies until December of 2020 and since then, all correspondence has been ignored ! WARNING: BEWARE I was scammed and feel used & useless !

Order 3779 placed 12/22/2020, after several emails, shipping label printed Jan 25, 2021 as of 3/16/2021 still no indication uses ever received the package and multiple emails have gone unanswered. Also order 3904 ordered Jan 8, 2021, after several emails, shipping label was printed 2/23/2021 and no response thereafter and USPS drones not indicate receipt

This site needs to be taken down and the owners held accountable. Like everyone below me, I placed an order over a month ago. I sent several communications to the support line without hearing back until threatening to write them up under BBB, which the support finally responded, apologizing and promising to send it out tomorrow. Well, this was over a week ago now. I have submitted a dispute with my CC, hopefully i'll get my money back in a month. Avoid this company like covid, they are awful.

I order my order # 3843 on 12-30-20 with a very similar story as Nancy Napoli. Telling me, "thanks for my patience" and " filling orders" asap. I've emailed multiple times and am concerned that I will not receive what I ordered and payed for last year. Oh by the way its February 24th 2021 today. Still havent received my order or any communication from them either still. I should get some discount codes or some free items after all this!

I placed an order Oct 26th. Stated all orders would be shipped no later than Nov 5th. Now it is Dec 9th NO PRODUCT!.. Was sent an email On Dec 6 -Item Shipped.. Checked tracking.. Just a label created but USPS has not received. SCAM ALERT!

I placed an order on 10/21. After a month of literally nothing, I started emailing. I received replies to email inquiries, but no resolution thus far. On 11/24, I was apologized to and assured by the individual replying that he would "personally take care of it". Still waiting. No updated shipping, nothing. I even played along with how busy the claimed to be in spite of the available info of their website traffic, which is minimal at best. This site needs to be taken down so people don't get scammed in the future.

Update;

I did eventually receive my item. It appears as if the combination of a busy time for Sports Flea Market along with an overwhelmed postal system were the cause. Customer service was very helpful and polite.

Purchased products from this company and it has been over a month with no contact from this company. They have sent me a fake tracking number. Also have emailed them on 4 occasions with no resolve in site. They scammed me for $85.

I'm finding myself in the same situation for a September purchase that they have kept "thanking me for my patience" as they are "filling orders" as quickly as they can. They billed me the same day I purchased. I'm reporting them to my credit card company.
