I saw pool lights on social media and I transacted a purchase. When the purchase went through I was charged $80 instead of the price on the ad of $62. I emailed to inquire and they refunded the difference.

The items showed up and were subpar, substandard, poor quality, wouldn't seal upon adding the batteries, wouldn't stay attached to the pool walls, all 4 lights couldn't illuminate the 6500 gallon pool.

Upon requesting a refund or return, I was told it would cost too much to ship them back and they offered me $9. I refused multiple times and only was offered a refund of $14 USD. I am fighting the charge on the bank card as well.
