SPEEDEX is a fraudulent company. There is absolutely no way to get in contact with the company, and my package was stolen. This is the only place I can think to report it, I don’t wish this experience upon anyone. If any company you buy from uses SPEEDEX, you’ll never receive your package.

They claimed they came to my house at 10 am today but my package was undeliverable. My address is correct, I was home, by the front door and with the window open. No one came. You cannot reach anyone by phone. The chat bot is useless, it doesn't recognize it's own tracking number so you never get anywhere. I have no problems receiving packages from any other company and I get packages frequently. SpeedX needs to be investigated for stealing.

Received my package, deliberately delivered to the wrong address, sent confirmation photo proving the inaccurate delivery. The address is in their picture is over a mile away from the address listed on the package, and not easily confusable. Company contacts and live chat don’t respond at all.

I purchased items through the company SHEIN & they used Speedex to deliver the items. Items were never delivered but marked as delivered. The driver took a photo in usps owned parcel lockers leaving the items subject to theft. The courier falsely claimed to deliver the items. Many others are having the same issue. These Speedex couriers are marking items as delivered but stealing packages or leaving them in unsecure areas.
