I signed up with a company called Speechify which will read text and books to you in many different voices. I signed up for one year but I immediately unsubscribed so that my credit card would not be targeted a year later. It has been a year and they charged me and argued that I never cancelled, but I have proof that I unsubscribed immediately and that my subscription had run out. They tried to argue with me using AI, and I had to go to my bank to submit fraud charges.
