Never received sweatshirts or full refund from vendor
On March 19th, I contacted the vendor again because the tracking number provided stated the package was delivered March 15 but to where, I don't know because no address was listed and no pictures provided.
On March 22nd, they offered a 70% refund stating they suffered loss of product. I rejected this offer and requested a full refund, which should total $45.52, taking into account the $2.40 given in February. They agreed to give me a 100% refund on March 23rd. I never received that refund but by this time, I had already exceeded the time limitations of disputing the charge and getting a charge back from my finance institution so that money is just lost.
