Yep, Sue Brigham of Spaces of Tranquility is a scam artist. She collected over $5,000 from me to hold a sale. We had a written contract. Came in and did some set up. Collected the full amount, listed it on the nationwide web site with a date. Also listed another sale for the same date a few blocks away. Then suddenly, pulled out of the sale, but held the other sale nearby.
No effort to refund money, offer another date or deal with this in an honest manner.
Sue dealt with this issue by lying, ignoring and never returning calls, mail or text.
Sue Brigham uses fake testimonials on her web site.

Her website, lists:

However, she refuses to accept certified mail, etc.

I engaged Sue for an estate sale. She collected an upfront fee. She never had the estate sale or refunded the fee. She is a true Scam Artist!!
