They sell laundry soap advertised on Instagram. I bought it once and hated it, tried to return it, but they said I would have to pay for the return shipping to China. They would give me a partial refund. I took the partial refund. Now I am involved in their revolving subscription which you cannot cancel. When you go on their website, the button doesn’t work. I contacted Chase credit card. They are blocking all future payments. But I got stuck with the first $53 and now I am stuck with another $53. I am notifying you to warn other people not to get involved. The company is SOVELY. When you go on the site there is a space to write back but there is no way to cancel a subscription. Their return policy is also fraudulent. It’s not possible to get your money back.
