They lifted my car without asking. And changed the price 3 times. The first was 120$ to go to the collision center. After we started driving he asked me to sign a paper. Unfortunately I signed it. Again I asked how much it would cost this time he said 340$.
They were very amdant we had to go to. The other car did not need a tow as only the back right bumper was damaged. The driver of southway towing was trying to make me sign over the ownership of my car saying between the tow and damage it was not worth fixing and if I sign over my ownership I won't owe any money. When we got to the collision reporting center in Orleans Ottawa. The other tow truck driver filled out the other person's police report.
When I went to go get my car from their lot on 4020 leitrim road, they had no office. They said on the phone go to lot 40. Lot 40 does not exist. I told them I was waiting in front of lot 20 where the sign and fenced in area of the cars were. 20 minutes later the same tow truck driver came to get my car. Now the price was 659$ if I paid interact or 600$ if I pay etransfer.
They did not give me any receipts. There were 2 other tow truck companies using the same lot. Including the other tow truck tha showed up with the black southway Truck.
