I made a purchase on the website for this company on July 22nd and when I did not get any type of update or response on the shipping by August 15th or 12th. I had tried to contact them via phone and did not receive any answers or ability to leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox was full. I then emailed them and got an automatic response from square, not the company stating that they make them custom and that wait times are longer than normal and it should be out as of August 12th within a week or two. It is now October mid and I still have not received this item nor have I received any email from this company and I cannot get a response from them nor the item being shipped to me. I tried to file a charge back and the charge back was denied because I did not do my due diligence in researching to find out that the company lost their license in the state of Louisiana back in 2020
