I purchased a bracelet for $13.94 and never received it. Today, they took $33.24 from my account I did not authorize and have no receipt for. I have tried contacting them but they take days to respond. I have tried contacting my bank but they cannot stop the payment until it's processed. I am hoping to contact them in the morning but I doubt I will be able too.

I ordered the product and received it. It was cheaply made! Then they attempted for the last six months to keep charging me and my card denied them. But they finally charged me again when they changed their name from Souleora to Souleora.com. That’s when my card okayed the charge.
