I ordered a bracelet from Souleora. It's been a month now and I haven't received it. Can't get anyone on the phone or through emails. I can't get any shipping info even though I ordered package protection. I see that they are doing this to other people as I speak. I just want them to stop trying to charge my card with the information they falsely gotten cause they don't want to give people their money or product.

I purchased a bracelet off of TikTok through this company Souleora only once and I received this bracelet but it is so cheap looking. But the company keeps charging my Apple Pay for charges that I did not approve. There is no response from the company when you try to reach out to them. They just keep taking money.

During purchase it says for your purchase you get free items then after the fact charged you for alleged free items in the amount of $180.99. Attempted to contact via phone never got answer from anyone. Submitted a complaint via email. Got a response that order was already shipped, and refund must ship items back to China at my expense. Days later I received notice of a new and unauthorized charge for item/service unknown.
