Called a towing company using the website provided. It wasn’t until after I sent my card information that that I started to get call backs from different states and telling me my tow driver would be there within 45 minutes. I waited for 3.5 hours and they could not provide me a driver. I called to get updates and was told it would be another 45 minutes. This continued for 3.5 hours. I needed a tow immediately and could not comprehend why it was taking so long. I waited for 3.5 hours before I called to dispute the charge they said the driver would be there within another half an hour and told me if I wanted to cancel it would be a 50% fee. I was not cancelling, but rather their “driver” was not showing up. I looked them up again and there were now three websites all have different variations of the same number to call. I did not know they weren’t located in NJ which is where I had the incident. They were in TX and scamming people this way.

I had to call my bank to lock my card and send me a new credit card because my information was now in their hands.
