I ordered some clothes about a month ago. They still haven't arrived and it takes me to tracking 718 which I think is a fake tracking website. They haven't returned any of my emails for their customer service.

This company had an ad on TikTok. I thought I was buying from the TikTok shop. I didn't realize it directed me to another website until I went back to TikTok to see my order and it wasn't there. I received a tracking number but it appears fake. It's been a month since I ordered and have not received anything.

Ordered on May 2, said 3-4 day shipping. It is now June 2 and the tracking shows it delivered today when it was not.
