Type of a scam Business Email Compromise

Merch comes out of China

They claim to be in Utah USA, but that’s just an address. The phone number on website only hosts a recording stating to communicate via email - so you can not speak to them. My order did finally arrive but it took over 3 weeks (1 tie set). And I feel it was somewhat suspicious the process sped up right after I asked to cancel the order. Luckily I received the correct item, but I will not tempt fate by ordering again from this company - too risky if something goes wrong.

Ties didn’t show up

I ordered five ties and only three arrived. They say that their costs are low because they ship factory direct from Europe. But only three of the five ties arrived and that was a month ago. It’s a cluster. Sad that these little guys don’t get how important it is to take care of business in order to grow and have a future! I’d never let something like this slide by.

I purchased some merchandise from https://www.sophgent.com/. After 2+ months no merchandise was received by this vendor. I've requested tracking information with no result. I've finally requested a refund which they are not addressing.
