Web site describes moving sale and describes high quality sales from a store in Savannah, GA. I found other web sites with same products declaring same sale but a different name. I bought two items and after waiting many days received inferior products. Even though they had 30 day return policy, they told me to just keep the products and pick some different products. In other words, they wouldn’t refund me.

Fake webpage describing mother daughter company in US, copy of dress on site depicting quality delivered as home made garbage, no tags, poor stitching, absurd proportions, poor quality material. Impossible to contact, no customer service number, claims to respond to email but refusing full refund, back and forth emails (days and weeks in between) with little information each time, describing difficulty in return process to CHINA, no guarantee if product would even be received, on and on, then offering 10% refund, then 20%, then 30%. I went to USPS and it was going to cost 38.00 to return so I gave in and accepted 17.99$ from this criminal company of liars.

I ordered and received 3 long sleeve shirts and one sleeveless shirt at a cost of 234.80. The return policy was not disclosed to me before ordering. When trying to return all 4 items I found out that the company is not based in Savannah GA as it presents itself but in China. This would have cost me 35.15 with no tracking for First Class, 70.30 with Priority and tracking, or 79.80 with tracking and express delivery plus an additional 15 dollars for each item returned. The merchant offers a 30 day money back guarantee but there is no mention of the customer being charged for return shipping to CHINA. The customer is led to believe the company is in GA. This company is an online storefront which operates as a deceptive drop shipping operation rather than a legitimate boutique with a misleading return policy.

I purchased 3 articles of clothing from Sophie and Grace. The site looked very upscale as were the prices. It said they were having a moving sale with 70% off. The clothes I received were junk in my opinion as well as my friends opinions. To return, they are charging me $15 per item plus shipping. The site did not mention I had to return to Asia. Please check this site out yourself and see that it looks very much like a store here. I'm a senior citizen and wanted this for a vacation. What a big mistake. I don't want another to get ripped off as I did.

The business falsely advertised their products which are of markedly inferior quality than that depicted on their website. I suspect the images on their website are AI generated and made to look of superior quality….tricking customers into buying.

I attempted an online purchase from Facebook. Upon investigating and reading reviews and comments, I reached out to the company (SophieAndGrace-Savannah.com), per their stated policy on their website, to cancel the order within 24 hours. I have been in constant communication, via email, with this company which is refusing to automatically refund the amount. The amount, $49.95, has gone through on my account. When attempting to contact this company, I automatically receive a warning from McAfee. This is an obvious scam and I will get my money refunded.
