I ordered 2 dresses from a company named Sophie & Grace in Savannah listed as being a mother daughter company in Savannah, Georgia, USA. The dresses were described as woven textured as if they were at least a blend of several materials, possibly cotton, although there was no content of material listed under the description. When they arrived they were not as pictured, airy and flowing and were 100 polyester. I have written the company about 8 times asking for a refund on at least one of the dresses, and would return the other. They have replied that they would refund 10% of the $89.90 which I paid and I could keep the unsatisfactory dresses. The last email contained an address in China and I was told I could receive a 20% refund or return the dresses to China at my own expense at which time the dresses would be examined to see if I could even receive a refund of any amount at all.
