Dress from boutique was not as ordered and refund refused

This “boutique” was advertising on Facebook, stating they had a store in Savannah, Georgia. They give you the impression that the merchandise is coming from their brick and mortar store. Weeks later, I requested shipping updates and saw that it was sitting in customs in China, which was delayed. It eventually showed that the dress was in the Miami shipyards. When the dress finally arrived, it was not what I ordered, at all. It was about 3 sizes too big and this dress did not match the picture on the website. I asked for return and refund information, as they stated a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was asked to take a picture of the dress and to explain my issues with it. I did so, and now am being told that I would have to send the dress back to China, which would cost international shipping and they would only refund 10%.

Poor quality shoes and misleading return policy

I bought a pair of shoes that were nothing like the description. The website stated there was 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. Received merchandise that was poor quality and cheap material. Tried to return a few days later and they said they would only refund 10% and that if I wanted to return merchandise would have to pay shipping to China which would exceed the price of the goods. However, mailing address on their package was from Melrose Park, IL. They also would not share a contact number. I plan to file a dispute with Chase today. This is a definite scam and misrepresentation of a boutique clothing shop that they claim is located in Savannah.

Dress was not as advertised and no refund received

The only thing the dress they sent had in common with the ad was the print of the material. It was NOT the dress I ordered. No pin tucks in the bodice or ruffle along the bottom of the dress. I ordered a small and what they sent was huge. After numerous messages they agreed to send me 20% back. I haven’t received any money back. The ad reads full refund.

I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this site on Facebook!

Poor quality dresses and misleading refund policy

Purchased 2 dresses from what looked like a beautiful company out of GA, started by a Mother and Daughter. Merch portrayed as quality but in reality the Product was VERY inferior and sizing was all wrong. Web states 30-day money back guarantee. Now they will only provide a 10% "goodwill offer" refund or free additional item after requesting pictures of the items which I'm sure deters many people. I sent the pictures over and every email they send is a different offer other than the return of merch for money back. The highest refund offer is 20%. The front page also says free shipping anywhere in the U.S. leading you to believe the return shipping would be in the U.S. as well, but it is to China.
