Sophie and Grace refused refund for poor quality dresses
Dresses that arrived were generic, poor quality, and I wanted to return both for a full refund. It took the "company" some time to return my email request, and they refused to give me return instructions or to give me back my money. They told me to keep the dresses and take a 10% refund. I refused. They offered a 20% refund which I accepted (figuring I'd at least get SOMETHING back). They sent an email saying I would receive 20% off, but 4 business days later, still no refund. They lied on their advertisement, they have no intention of refunding anyone anything.
