I ordered a Halloween book which should light up and play sounds when you open it. There are supposed to be a few 12" gnomes, with most being 7"-10". What i received was a book 1/4 of the size, cheap copy and does not light up or play music. Paypal said if i pay for shipping and tracking, Sonzea will return my money. The return is MORE than the product is worth!

Ordered through an ad on Facebook. With promise for full refund or exchange. Took over 30 days to receive.

Did not fit and quality was very poor! No ph number available. Emailed the company… I have gone back and forth with them 5 times and each time they offer me an amount and also to keep the product.

I spent 66.70 for three summer dresses and the last email I received, they are asking if I will settle for 18

. US. Pure scam!!
