I ordered the product on 04/16/2026 and it has not been received. I have contacted them several times, I also requested a refund but informed me unable to do so since items were shipped but still not received as of 05/28/2026. The order number is 40837M136400. I'm going to follow up with PayPay to see if charge can be disputed.
