I ordered a 12 pack of dresses directly from the store website. They claimed that they are a US based company and that all their products are made in the USA. That is one reason I purchased from them. Unfortunately, when I received my tracking info, the order was being shipped from China. After a month, my item said it was out for delivery. It did not specify a delivery service, so my husband and I decided to work in the yard, starting around 8:00 am in front of the house, so we would be there when the delivery came. I was shocked to see that at 10:15 am, I received notification that my item was delivered at 11:11 am…a full hour before the current time. But, we were outside the entire time and had no deliveries in our entire neighborhood. When I finally got someone from the company to email me back, they said it wasn’t their fault, but they could offer me a 60% refund of what I paid.
