I ordered “Judy Blue” pants from a Facebook seller (Soliriel). They gave shipping information after purchase cleared and order was placed. I received a shipment tracking link. 33 days later, it gave me a delivered status with a future date and time (I even looked into verifying it wasn’t giving me incorrect time zone time and it was impossible to do). I attempted to contact the seller. Their phone is not a valid number. They claim they do not have a number valid in US. And when I went to locate my order in their website, I got an error page saying “order not found”. Their website had no jeans listed and was more business class attire. Now looking in my replacement order and they list jeans again and the website layout is different. They use a 3rd party tracking service (track718.com). Today, 4/12/26 I get a delivered status but once again, my package is nowhere to be found. I have screen shots and emails.

TikTok link for clearance Judy Blue clothing. Fake tracking website with realistic shipping information that updated shipping tracking, but once packaged shows delivered I did not receive package. When you click the link to check order number it directs you to the Soliriel website and order number can’t be found.
