My husband ordered 4 bibles in total, 2 were going to be gifts and we received only a kids bible. It wasn’t even a full Bible. They have informed that to get a full refund we must ship the Bible we received back to their central warehouse. This has been ongoing emails between my husband and the company and now myself and the company. I was finally offered 50% refund and to keep the kids Bible. I have told them this is unsatisfactory and they should be providing the return label and this was their mistake. I have not been able to locate the company on Instagram now and hope they’ve been taken down. We are going to continue to work to not have any additional money taken for the order and to get a full refund of what has been paid.
