This company is advertised on Instagram and probably TikTok. I placed an order, which I received and I am trying to return an item and it says on the site to contact [email protected] and they would provide instructions how to return. It’s been 2 weeks and no response. Had I known they were out of Hong Kong I would have never placed the order. They advertise as solbrace.us. Very misleading as my items came from Hong Kong. At this point I don’t even need the refund, I just want to make the public and you guys aware of this company.
