He hired me through indeed.com to do solar surveying and take pictures for him so his solar crew can determine what they need to stringsize solar modules. He sent me an email to ask for payroll to submit invoices on the 1st of every month. He said to open an account with their bill.com account by invite. Everything was by invite. His business model works through apps provided by him through invitation only. I worked for 2 weeks. When I asked how he would pay me he said he had no ties with them. That he too is just an employee like me. I asked him respectfully to rectify the issue by giving me phone number, a name, and address. He got defensive and claimed I was harassing him. I tried to reason with him. He laughed at my questions. I applied some pressure by asking him legitimate questions he failed to answer. I have all the evidence texts, emails, pictures etc. upon request.
