They have a website where you buy clothes. It lied and it was us US on my purchase on January 31, 2026. I paid in full and it says it would be here 3-4 business days. I never received nothing ever. After a month or longer, I contacted the email and they said it was delivered and I said no I never got it, nothing at all and they even put the wrong zip code on my receipt. They said that they will send another shipment. I gave them my address again making sure they had my correct zip code and then I waited again and never got it either. I never have gotten anything whatsoever. I checked everything my house my post office— never ever ever received anything. I told them I want a refund they finally agreed and said it was approved and I’ll get it. Another wait and I asked again where’s my refund, they give me the runaround over and over. Making excuses. I’m so uneasy because my credit card was used to pay for it. Now I am not getting my refund and never got my order I bought.
