I was contacted on 08/15/2025 from SoFi personal loans llc they stated that I was approved for an unsecured loan of $2000. They sent me the contract agreement and stated that I needed to go a Walmart store so they can scan a barcode that SoFi was sending me. I went to Walmart and they scanned the barcode and I sent SoFi the $250. I called today and they said the funds were being held because the department of finance for MS required me to pay a $287.00 fee for out of state loans.
