I have purchased 2 pet beds in 3rd of December, which I was immediately charged and never received the products. I got an email confirming the order but not a tracking number that I can track the order. It seams they do all the steps of a real purchase but none of the things work. I want my money returned, I send an email requesting my money back and I received a general response email saying that the is back order due the COVID and high holiday demand. All the reviews I read online now, it’s all of people in the same situation as mine, with never receiving the product but being charged already.
