Liftedcandy offers a free sample of products but then automatically signs you up for a subscription that is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. No response to emails. No phone # listed. I am having to cancel my debit card and order a new one so that they don’t take $38/wk!

I saw an ad for a sale of clothing from Boomchic on a Facebook Reel. So I placed an order for the clothing in May. Was sent a tracking number, upon checking the information on the tracking number my zip code was wrong. I reached out to customer service through email to get it changed and they said they changed it and would resend the order. Got a new tracking number and again the zip code was the same. Reached back out to them and they offered me 70% of my payment back. I refused the 70% and stated it was not my fault and I wanted 100%. Customer service representative stated that I would get the refund after 60 days. That date would have been August 5th. I didn't get it. So I have been reaching out to them and I keep getting the same response that they are working on it.

I hired Mary Joy to do a deep clean of my house and when I I came home I noticed some things that weren't right. I reached out to her and she has blocked me. Please let me know if this looks like a deep clean. She also states that her deep clean is 4 hours and she only stayed at my home for about 2. Doors and windows were not cleaned. One bedroom was not vacuumed.

<p>Andrea Albin represented herself as a ticket broker (REMIXPR LLC) for

Live Nation selling friends and family tickets to Taylor Swift's Eras

Tour tickets for $400 each. in Miami, New Orleans, Indianapolis, Toronto, and Vancouver. She

claimed to have been fired on 10/14/2024 leaving her unable to deliver

the tickets for these concerts, the first of which was 10/18/2024. I

purchased a total of 37 tickets at $400 each for my friends a family for

Miami, NOLA, Indy, and Vancouver.</p>

<p> At the time of the concerts, she claimed Live Nation wouldn't give her access to the tickets (Miami), technical issues with Ticketmaster (New Orleans), and similar excuses for Indianapolis. I still have tickets for Vancouver but I've asked for refunds which have not come through, despite three attempts by her through PayPal. She is blaming me saying there is something wrong with my account. I have verified with PP that there is no problem with my account. The problem appears to be insufficient funds in HER account. </p>

Andrea and her friend Amanda Plavich offered a group of women the opportunity to buy Taylor Swift tickets at Andrea's "employee rate", many of which jumped at the opportunity, mainly because they trusted her accomplice, Amanda. All of the women involved promptly paid Andrea $400/ticket via Venmo or PayPal. After being told that they would receive confirmation within 24-48 hours, weeks passed and they were given every excuse in the book why they never received confirmation. Months passed and some started requesting refunds; however, they never received them. Instead they began being harassed online by both Amanda and Andrea, blaming them for calling Ticketmaster/Live Nation and jeopardizing everyone else's chances of receiving tickets. Shows have come and gone at this point and no one has received tickets or refunds.

Another girl in the group did call the Ticketmaster fraud line and they told her that any "ticket broker" they work with is already in possession of tickets before they make sales and if Andrea claims to be in possession of these tickets, there should be no problem transferring them, as she is claiming. Now, Andrea has made it very clear that she don't know what I am talking about, but this came straight from Ticketmaster, not her. At this point, she is claiming that no one else will get their tickets because the Ticketmaster fraud line was called. This might be believable if she didn't already feed us about 100 lies in the past month.

She continuously says that she will issue refunds per her policy; however, as I stated above, no one has received refunds. She has threatened many of us with lawsuits for "slander" because we called Ticketmaster.

I personally did call the Ticketmaster fraud line and they told me that any "ticket broker" they work with is already in possession of tickets before they make sales and if Andrea claims to be in possession of these tickets, there should be no problem transferring them, as she is claiming. Now, Andrea has made it very clear that I don't know what I am talking about, but this came straight from Ticketmaster, not me. At this point, she is claiming that no one else will get their tickets because the Ticketmaster fraud line was called. She continuously says that she will issue refunds per her policy; however, as I stated above, no one has received refunds. She has threatened many of us with lawsuits for "slander" because we called Ticketmaster. When I called Ticketmaster, I initially never even said her name. I simply asked them if a "ticket broker" sold me tickets and I never received them, what should my next step of action be - to which they replied "involving the authorities". Quite honestly, we don't want to do this, we would much rather just receive our refunds and move on. We are all well aware that Andrea is awaiting trial for a similar case, and I certainly do not think continuing to scam people out of money while out on bond would be her smartest move.

I purchased this product (jacket) on Instagram from an advertisement. When I received the product it was nothing like the advertised pictures. Instead of a warm jacket I received what can best be described as thin costume clothing. I contacted their support team with pictures that clearly show a major difference in quality. They told me I was wrong and that was the product I ordered.

I ordered some Milwaukee Tools from a website off of Facebook the product said it was shipped. Received an email on May 18th that the product had been delivered that day. The package had not been delivered to my address and none of the 4 neighbors i have said they had gotten the package either. All of my neighbors are family members. When I contacted the company by email they said the package was delivered and i could track the package using https://www.track718.com/:localeId/p60t. This did not give me the shipping company name so i could not go on any company's website to track it that way. I asked several times for the shipping company and each time they emailed me back they never mentioned the shipping company's name and I would continue to ask in each email. However in each email they would offer a partial refund the first time it was 30% when I refused that then it went up to 40% and this last email that I received just this morning was up to 50% but that was all they could do as they had taken a loss to they said. I had even paid $1.29 for shipping insurance

Add on TikTok showed duffle bag for $5; I ordered and didn’t receive and update within 7 days. I emailed asking for an update and they advise they would let me know and didn’t. I requested a cancellation of the order and a full refund and the company advised they can’t refund once the product has been ordered due to the price. There was no notice that stated this upon ordering. Nothing has been sent to date.

Dave Showker and the Studentescape.com business is a travel agent for college spring break. ScamPulse.com advised to beware of college spring break travel scams and this is one of them. They are not transparent about their trips or pricing and rely on college students to purchase their scheme to masses of students. Parents and students trust what appears to be a college-run program. This scam artist takes your money, makes you pay more in fact if you purchase their trips later than others (paying more for the same trip), and then change the trip itinerary weeks and months after booking the trip which significantly impacts the cost of the trip, location and dates -- all of which impact a student's ability to pay for spring break. They do this after it's too late to make alternative spring break plans so you are either left out or locked into a more costly trip. They also do not honor refunds as we were told we'd get a paltry refund for their removal of all inclusive meals and drinks for a trip of 5 days/4 nights. After much complaining to their social media channels, they finally provided a partial refund, but not what they promised at the time we decided to accept their changes. They promised a $200 refund for a $900 trip (to cover all food and drinks) and they refunded me after 5 weeks of waiting -- only $140. My daughter cannot pay for food and drinks for the duration of the trip with this small amount of refund. They do not honor their commitments and their attempt to provide less of a refund than promised is extremely underhanded and damaging.

I saw these viral jumpsuits on tiktok, but this page had them for a "one day only christmas sale" for 4 dollars. I ordered several pairs. I tracked this shipping for almost a month and it was delivered in Chicago. My shipping address is in Florida. When I emailed customer support, I received the same automated message 3 times. I asked for a refund, same response. "We are sorry shipping is taking so long... blah blah blah." I did receive a random earring hook in the mail two weeks after I ordered, which I now know is an item these scammers have been sending to everyone who ordered.

He was to transport a dog from a rescue group in Colorado to my home in Florida. Signed a contract for $400 with 50% deposit. Deposit of $200 was paid via Zelle on 2/23/2024. He was to pick up the dog on 2/24 and deliver to Florida on 2/25.

Later he claimed he had to get his transport van repaired and would pick up the dog in Colorado on 2/26 by 7pm Mountain time. Approximately 2 hours before pickup he contacted me stating he need an additional $100 for gas and other expenses before he could start the trip. I offered to have the person in Colorado give him cash upon pickup, but he insisted he must have the $100 by Zelle. Sensing a scam I did not send further money.

He has not picked up the dog nor refunded my money.

Zelle transfer for $200 for initial deposit was sent to the following address: [email protected]
