Found a site on Facebook and ordered from there. The “delivery company” was track 678 the package has never arrived in 2 months. And they “sent it twice” the initial site was primtinge.

I ordered a Woodfire Pro XL Outdoor Electric Smoker & AirFry Grill w/Temp Probe about 3 months ago. They would send me a tracking number, and the tracking number would say Delivered, but I wouldn't have it, so I emailed them and told them that it may went to the wrong address, so they resent it again, I still haven't recieved it even after the tracking says delivered. I asked them for a refund so they told me they were going to try and resend again, witch they did, again after about 3 weeks the tracker says delivered to the addressee, I never got it. My wife don't work so she's home all the time, and she say no one ever delivered a grill to our house. Then when I asked for a refund, I get no reply. I get nothing. I think it may have been a fraud.

I received an advertisement in Instagram for fine leather goods. Unfortunately (in retrospect), it was one of those "too good to be true" deals with the shop "Paul Richards Handcrafted Bags" going out of business and clearing their stock at huge discounts. I got a laptop backpack for my wife and it when it showed up, although appearing to be very high quality it was large and heavy for her. The websites return policy is stated as follows:

"Refund policy:

Your Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Paul Richard, I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every bag I create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Timeframe:

You have 14 days from the date you receive your bag to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid 24 hours after ordering.

Condition:

To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process:

To start a return, please email me at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. "

However, when I requested to return for a full refund within the required two weeks, they replied with this email twice:

"Hi (my name),

Thank you for your response. We completely understand your decision, and we want to ensure you are still satisfied with your purchase.

As an alternative, we’d like to offer you a 25% refund on your order. We hope this helps compensate for any inconvenience caused.

Additionally, we’d like to inform you that currently, we do not have a return address in the USA, as we are in the process of setting up a return warehouse to inspect returns. In the meantime, as we are unable to inspect the returned items, we are donating all returns overseas. This ensures that no returned items are resold and guarantees that all our products remain brand new and in perfect condition.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed. We’re here to ensure that you're happy with the resolution.

The fact that they don't have a returns inspection warehouse set up and also try to explain in a strange way that they donate returns overseas is puzzling, but not my issue.

It appears that this company's business plan (whoever they really are) is to wear down those trying to initiate a return to the point that they give up and keep what they ordered (although they didn't want to).

I paid $500 via Venmo to a private individual named Kateryna Sinkevych for an online course. The offer was discussed through Instagram DMs, and the course was provided via a Telegram group. She clearly promised lifetime access — I have an audio message from her confirming that.

After I gave her a negative but polite message with feedback (in Russian), she immediately blocked me on Instagram and removed me from the Telegram group, completely revoking access to the course. I was left with nothing, no support, and no way to contact her again.

There was no written contract, refund policy, or official business registration. She continues to sell the course as a private individual. I have:

• Proof of $500 payment via Venmo

• Instagram DM screenshots

• Telegram history

• Audio recording confirming “lifetime access”

This is deceptive and fraudulent behavior. I am requesting a full refund and want to report this to prevent further harm to others.

I haven't received my order and it looks like I never will at this point. I asked for my money back they just respond with an email stating they are sorry and working on my order.

Scam website in China. The product they sent was NOT what they advertised. They advertised the shirt as linen. It is polyester. They offered $4 for refund. They removed the product from their website (scam). They ALSO initially tried to scam me by charing my paypal more than the invoice total. I fortuneatly caught this. Super scammy Chinese company.

I saw an ad on Facebook for natural life merchandise on sale. I made my order over 2 mos ago. I contacted the email and was told my package was lost and they would send another. 30 days more passed and no package. I emailed again and they said they would give me a 70% refund as they lost merchandise. I live in rural area and no packages were delivered or stolen.

Hello,

I ordered some clothes as they looked good quality on their website and social media site. When the items arrived, they were incredibly cheaply made, inconsistent sizing, and just really terrible products overall. Their website says “Returns are easy! If you’re not satisfied with an item, we want to quickly resolve the issue. We’ll gladly replace, exchange, or refund the amount you paid, depending on your preference.”

When I reached out to customer support, they said they would only refund me 15% of the originally amount (despite these being full priced items) and I could keep the items once I accepted 15%. Also, if I accept the 15% I’m then not allowed to post any comments, reviews or otherwise on any website to warn others. Of course I said no way, I’ll pay to return to get my money back in full. I went into USPS for the return and it was going to be $85 just to send the return. Toperth also told me packages have a tendency to get lost to this address. The original price of purchase was $135. Clearly they are falsely advertizing & scamming these very cheap goods to American consumers and then once consumers receive the goods & see how terribly made they are, we have no choice but to keep them or get back a tiny fraction of that money paid. It’s textbook false advertising/scamming and I hope other Americans making an honest living can be warned too. Thank you for your help.

On November 24, 2024 I got an ad on Instagram for a pair of Adidas Sambas. I clicked it and it took me to WOOD Footwear. I ordered the shoes using my Shop account and received an order confirmation. However, after 2 weeks, I still did not receive my order. I emailed the shop and a “Justin Jones” replied telling me it was taking longer than anticipated. After almost 3 months and several emails back and forth, I haven’t received my order or a refund.

About 6 months ago I was contacted by a person I believed to be the wife of Billy Carson on Billy Carson's own social media platform Unitethe99. She gave me a link to Billy Carson's VERIFIED Telegram account. Billy Carson then told me that he wanted to repay his fans through his investment company to which I invested 500.00 to start. I had my suspicions but it was a VERIFIED account. A few hours later he then told me about a fee that was required, another 200.00. That is when I knew this was a scam and this person/person's are still at it today.

The site sells bras, has a sizing chart and offers easy exchanges, after measuring and ordering based on their provided information the garments show up and are too big to work. I found other posts stating the same on Facebook. I emailed the only contact point they have and attempted to initiate a return. I have not heard back other than the initial auto reply indicating that the ticket was 'received', though there website gives a narrow return window and you can't send it back until it is approved, and even then you are required to pay shipping according to the website, though the posts I have seen indicate they are charging on top of that if they ever do reply to a return. It seems to be a product dumping scam where they sell a bunch of stuff that doesn't meet their claims, then disappear.

I contacted Fido Flier in hopes of finding my lost puppy that means the world to my family. Looked at website and face book page and all seems legit. The guy gave me the run down on what was to be done and stated that they would inform me every step of the way during the search. Had to pay $200 up front for services. So I sent the money in hopes of finding my puppy. They received the payment and told me they would set everything up. After not hearing from them for a couple hours, I contacted him again and he stated that I had to pay an additional $105 for a "caution fee" stating that it could be a dangerous area. I refused to pay the additional charge and he refused to send me a refund of what I had already paid. I sent him a message this morning and haven't gotten a response.

I texted her for a service to get my hair done and she required that I send the money before coming to the appointment as a deposit. I sent the money and this morning she blocked me on messenger and sent me to an insurance place in Pensacola Florida . I have not had anymore contact after the scammer blocked me
