Add on TikTok showed duffle bag for $5; I ordered and didn’t receive and update within 7 days. I emailed asking for an update and they advise they would let me know and didn’t. I requested a cancellation of the order and a full refund and the company advised they can’t refund once the product has been ordered due to the price. There was no notice that stated this upon ordering. Nothing has been sent to date.

Dave Showker and the Studentescape.com business is a travel agent for college spring break. ScamPulse.com advised to beware of college spring break travel scams and this is one of them. They are not transparent about their trips or pricing and rely on college students to purchase their scheme to masses of students. Parents and students trust what appears to be a college-run program. This scam artist takes your money, makes you pay more in fact if you purchase their trips later than others (paying more for the same trip), and then change the trip itinerary weeks and months after booking the trip which significantly impacts the cost of the trip, location and dates -- all of which impact a student's ability to pay for spring break. They do this after it's too late to make alternative spring break plans so you are either left out or locked into a more costly trip. They also do not honor refunds as we were told we'd get a paltry refund for their removal of all inclusive meals and drinks for a trip of 5 days/4 nights. After much complaining to their social media channels, they finally provided a partial refund, but not what they promised at the time we decided to accept their changes. They promised a $200 refund for a $900 trip (to cover all food and drinks) and they refunded me after 5 weeks of waiting -- only $140. My daughter cannot pay for food and drinks for the duration of the trip with this small amount of refund. They do not honor their commitments and their attempt to provide less of a refund than promised is extremely underhanded and damaging.

I saw these viral jumpsuits on tiktok, but this page had them for a "one day only christmas sale" for 4 dollars. I ordered several pairs. I tracked this shipping for almost a month and it was delivered in Chicago. My shipping address is in Florida. When I emailed customer support, I received the same automated message 3 times. I asked for a refund, same response. "We are sorry shipping is taking so long... blah blah blah." I did receive a random earring hook in the mail two weeks after I ordered, which I now know is an item these scammers have been sending to everyone who ordered.

Contacted by Corey Beahm - Facebook profile:

He represents himself as having or working for a business:

He was to transport a dog from a rescue group in Colorado to my home in Florida. Signed a contract for $400 with 50% deposit. Deposit of $200 was paid via Zelle on 2/23/2024. He was to pick up the dog on 2/24 and deliver to Florida on 2/25.

Later he claimed he had to get his transport van repaired and would pick up the dog in Colorado on 2/26 by 7pm Mountain time. Approximately 2 hours before pickup he contacted me stating he need an additional $100 for gas and other expenses before he could start the trip. I offered to have the person in Colorado give him cash upon pickup, but he insisted he must have the $100 by Zelle. Sensing a scam I did not send further money.

He has not picked up the dog nor refunded my money.

Zelle transfer for $200 for initial deposit was sent to the following address: [email protected]

Stephanie Leavell contacted me on messenger stating that she was with the company Rocket Xchange with at home job opportunities trading Bitcoin online. She said that the minimum amount of money you had to pay was $300.00 but stated that within 7 days you would be able to get a profit of $3,500. I just don't trust it because when I looked up the business there is no business with that name through the ScamPulse.com website or any other place for that matter.

My personal Facebook page was hacked by someone in Vietnam on 7/10/2023 (******** *****, location of Boston, Ma). These hackers were pretending to be me and posting that I was investing people in cryptocurrency. I had attempted to report this to Facebook multiple times, called and filed a report with the FBI and the attorney general in the hopes to have this page taken down. On 10/17/2023, one of my Facebook friends called me leaving a threatening voicemail claiming I stole money from her. I explained that my Facebook had been hacked and that I no longer had access to it. She "invested" $26,000 and was blocked immediately. Another friend claimed he thought it was me, losing $3000 and a third friend who "invested" $1000 and is still communicating with the hacker. She told me that they are using a website www.expertcoinpro.com. They are continuing to pretend they are me and using photos of my 11 yr old daughter on this page. I am desperately trying to have this page deleted however, Facebook states "It does not go against Community Standards"!

12/26/23 Order based on instagram post. Still no order received. No real tracking provided. No name of the carrier provided fo check status. Requested refund. Received rambling misspelled response that spliced vague sentences together that reply said nothing about the status of my order other than they could resend it or they would offer “other alternatives”. No refund yet. Stay away from this scammer.

I ordered Goose Creek candles from facebook ad. Company said beakcut.com. $60.72 purchase amount. The beakcut takes you to Hatsoy.com which does not let you complain. Email on order said [email protected]. Emailed them with complaint for order 231106011631680. They emailed back apologizing saying order still in customs and offered a 15% refund and to give them 2 weeks. Order still not received. Emailed again and they state order shows received. When you click on the tracking information, it shows delivered to my city post office. It is a scam. The product has never been delivered.

I discovered them through this Facebook profile: https://m.facebook.com/profile.php/?id=61551406220528&name=xhp_nt__fblite__p... />
I reached out to them via their website that they linked to on their Facebook page with interest in scheduling a time to come and meet their puppies for purchase. They emailed back with a professional looking response explaining that they require a deposit and why to be able to set up an appointment. After communicating with them some more all of their other emails were very casual sounding and with incorrect capitalization which seemed a little odd compared to how nice the first email was. The payment options they offered me were Zelle, Cash App and Apple Pay. I had never used the other options before, so I opted to use Apple Pay. They emailed me the phone number to send it to and attached to the phone number was the name “Aziwung Ngu”. I began to second guess at this point but didn’t want to assume or believe that someone would scam me like this. After all, their Facebook page had an actual address and the website looked very convincing. So I, unfortunately, sent them the $300 to the number. Afterwards they asked for a screenshot of the transaction text which I did. Then at this point I realized I may have really messed up and began to reverse google image search the pictures on their website. Several of these images appear to have been taken from other websites. I messaged them again to schedule an appointment since it had been ssveral minutes since I sent the confirmation image. Then I tried pushing a little and asked a couple questions I figured only a breeder could answer to see if they would respond. I wish I had pushed more questions earlier before sending the money; they since haven’t emailed back. Tried calling the phone number and left a message. This all happened on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. They also asked for my name, address, phone number and email for “a sales receipt” which I did give them. I have screenshots of the emails and photos I searched but I am unable to attach them via my phone.

I was referred to Linda Barkley by a friend who had previously hired her for an event. I messaged Linda on September 25, 2023 inquiring about her services through Facebook messenger since I was given her information through this specific app, for an event I was hosting on February 10, 2024. She responded the next morning and we set a time to speak and discuss prices. I explained my ideas and theme, sent inspiration photos and agreed to pay Linda’s initial deposit fee of $100 that Friday (September 29th). Also, I was promised a discussion on pricing for the event on Friday. Not wanting to call/text or send money after hours I sent the deposit in hopes of her at least giving me a quote by the time I got off that Friday night, which did not happen. I also sent her a picture message of me sending the deposit that Friday which also got no response. By October 26, 2024 I inquired again about her pricing for my event. She then promised a callback but did not do so. I again asked her on November 2nd to give me a call, which she did. She explained that she didn’t really know what she was going to do just yet with my theme so she didn’t have a price but Monday, November 6 after she reached out to someone about creating a sign for the event she would call. I I text Linda on November 7 and she did not have a price. I also text her November 11 and got no response so I requested she give me my deposit back due to lack of communication and me feeling as though I was scammed. She agreed to a return on November 15 by the end of the week which would have been November 18. Later, she changed it to after Thanksgiving when I asked about my refund and why I was blocked from requesting my refund. I texted her November 27 inquiring of my refund with no response and then also Sunday, December 3 with no response. I was told my deposit would only go towards my event, and even though she did not have any ideas for my event, she still did not have the deposit to return and will not answer calls or text. I have kept a record of all text communications with Linda Barkley.
