Our family had rented a house at 615 Mills Ranch Road, Woodland Park, Co 80863 for two years (2020 & 2021) with no problems. We reserved the house again this year for the Memorial Day Weekend - May 27th - May 30th, 2022. This reservation was made and fully paid for in September 2021. About 1 week before we were to travel to the house for a family reunion, we received word from Social Impact Short Term Rentals (SISTR) that the house was no longer available. The phone number that we had for the agent of SISTR, Jason Gensler, is no longer a working number.

After investigating on the internet, I found the business listing as being incorporated with the Colorado Department of State. Entity identifier is #20201050768.

We paid $4,959.20 for rent of this house and were not able to use it. The money has not been returned and we are unable to contact them.
