I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on 12/3, and they arrived on 12/24 but they were the wrong color. I immediately contacted customer service via email and received a response that reiterated my order and then said my order arrived correctly. I contacted again with a photo of the wrong leggings and I received an email reply with a link to return or exchange. I followed the directions to exchange the incorrect pair. In their response they said they would contact within 24 hours with a return label and shipping instructions. I have not received a follow up email, nor any other communication. I have attempted to contact them 6 times since then with no response.
