I noticed an amount of $9.99 on my credit card statement. I contacted the company through the website and asked what the charge was for? They would not answer me and kept telling me to use it as credits. I noticed another charge on my credit card for $49.94. I again contacted them, this time by phone. The woman could not give me any information. I went back online and did a chat. It kept telling me to use the credits in their store and I could not get a refund. I am now going to cancel my credit card.
