I ordered a back massager from SmoothSpine.com on March 3, 2026, and canceled the order within 2 hours from placing it on the same website. I also sent an email given for customer service. I attempted to call the customer service telephone number, but no one has ever answered.

Three weeks later the massager came. I refused the shipment and had the package returned back to the sender.

I sent more emails requesting a refund. I have not received one.

Today, I have received more product from this company I did not request.

They now have my address and banking number.

ordered the item from SmoothSpine.com, was taken to a page where i could upgrade for extra money, said my card wouldnt be charged or my item wouldnt be shipped until i click the upgrade button, was charged $237 for both regular and upgraded item anyway. Also text messages were mysteriously deleted from my phone and one text said it was delivered and never was. I also called 2 times at 1(229) 554-5875 and never answered my call and sent an email to [email protected] and never responded to me.

Tried to order the product from SmoothSpine.com. The next screen said don’t hit back or close it may double the amount taken. Then after 30 minutes of a hard sale video, I tried to call and cancel and it said, no one available and mailbox full.
