I ordered the Smoothspine massager from this company, paid with a credit card. After receiving product I got an e-mail from them stating they were shipping pain patches to me for 39.95, with a shipping date included! I did not order pain patches!

After ordering product ("A") but still not completing payment, website suggested I purchase a second product ("B") that has different features. I added the second product ("B"), thereby ordering the two different products. It turns out that the second product is just an upgraded version of the first and includes the added feature. What I received were TWO of the upgraded products ("B" and "C"). AND they charged me for "A", "B", and "C" -- three products! When I called to discuss their errors and deceptive advertising, they don't answer for over 20 minutes, and then told me I could return their product, sent due to their error, but that I would have to pay for shipping. I didn't notice the charge for a third product until I checked my credit card bill, so we did not discuss that.

After listening to their 45 pitch, I took a chance and purchased one. Well, that wasn't the end of it. Email after email wanting me to purchase more. If this was supposedly so good, why do I need another one? Email after email. On and On. I chose to cancel but apparently, not soon enough. I received it and never opened the package. Again, email after email trying to encourage me to purchase something more. I then started my correspondence asking for return instructions. Email after email wanting me to purchase more. After 7-10 emails to them, they finally gave me my return instructions. And of course, I had to pay the $15 postage cost. Then, another THREE weeks of asking where my refund was. I finally got that back less the $4.99 lifetime guarantee amount, which I did not agree to. Hope this product works for you and you didn't get sucked into purchasing a bunch more.

I was trying to order an item that they said would help my spinal stenosis. It said to watch a video before completing my order. While I was watching they reached in and took my money. During the video I had decided not to order it but it was too late. I attempted to email and called repeatedly to no avail.

BEWARE I was charged twice for the original price advertised @ $129.00 & also for the upgrade $147.00. I have made repeated attempts to reach their support line & email BUT HAVE GOTTEN NO RESPONSE. Sadly I have reported this to PayPal & I will go further if there is no action by this company??
