I ordered the smooth glide (2) and a "Free Gift". I received the product and placed a good battery in the battery compartment. The device worked sporadically. I returned the product as directed. I received a refund of $15.99. The website states 100% refund The total amount billed was $89.33. I had sent emails and called with no response I contacted my credit card company and am still awaiting a final decision on a full refund. Don't waste your time and frustration on this company and their product.

I ordered Smooth Glide. I received the product and was disappointed that the battery compartment didn't allow the batteries to work. I returned the product. The original cost of the order was $89.33. I returned the 2 units and the "free gift" as per the directions on the package receipt. I received a refund of $15.99. Don't fall for the scam. The product is very poor quality. I have contacted the company and they have not responded to calls or emails.

I ordered this product. Wasn't what I expected. Didn't even use it. Sent it back to address they provided at My Order Resolution at 6507 Harney Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Post Office delivered it on 7/12/21. They have not sent my refund back. I have tried to call the number they provided 1888-338-4220. Just rings off the wall. I have sent them over 5 emails and they have not responded. I am now out $50. Their website is still out there scamming more people Im sure.
