Never Sent Products that were paid for

I sent payment through Venmo as requested. Chad Smith never sent me the products I purchased, and has refused to respond in any way. I am seeing elsewhere that this is his usual business practice.

On October 21, 2023, Chad Smith owner and representative of Smiths Custom Wood LLC provided a receipt that outlined a table would be made for Ashley Lopez and 2. States deposit was refundable. After many inappropriate requests by the business the customer requested the deposit back and the owner refused. Mr. Smith sent request for money to be transferred to his girlfriend’s account Zelle account. The customer did not feel comfortable and again requested her money backs Mr.Smith declined and also did not provide any table.

This is slander and I'm taking legal action as we speak on this issue and the statement that this lady is making up about me is out right lies I have never had any issues like this before and none since I have probably over 100 references that will except you questions any time
