I ordered the scale from their website after seeing it on Instagram. It is all very legit seeming. After a few weeks when I hadn’t received and shipping updates, I contacted them and got a response saying it would ship next week. It never shipped. I have contacted them numerous times through the website contact form as well as responding through emails. Every time the same person says, he will contact upper management. This has been going on for 3 months. Do not buy a scale through smartmacroscale
