I was referenced/referred to this business by a breeder to deliver the kitten I adopted. They claimed they had my pet and were unable to deliver because he needed an air conditioned crate. I paid the $1200 requested for rental and the funds were going to be refunded upon delivery of the kitten. This was followed with a request to pay an additional $1500 for the kitten to be released from “customs” with a license for one year. The kitten is traveling within CONUS. The state of CA does not require additional licensing to import a pet interstate. The shipper claimed they did not want to be banned by the airline. Airline information was never provided.
