Smart Tech Restore Reports & Reviews (1)

I had a problem with my printer several months ago. I tried to resolve the problem by clicking a link on the computer. Smart Tech Restore took control of the computer and claimed to resolve the problem. They offered me life-time service and sent me a receipt to confirm. I was told I could contact them whenever there was a problem with the computer. I attempted to do that today but the phone line was busy and the links on my desk top did not work. Back in April, they took remote access of my computer, appeared to be resolving some issues and later sent me a receipt for my payment. I even got a call the following day. They wanted to know if I had any problems. I didn't, so they said I could call anytime I needed help. I tried to call today and even sent an email. The phone was busy each time and the email was returned undeliverable.
