I purchased a t-shirt for $21.99 (shipping $8.99) from Smannik based on the picture used to advertise and its description but they delivered a shirt of lesser quality that wasn't the brand that was advertised on their site. Their return policy states, “We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 180 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product." I emailed them to ask to return the item since it was wrong and refund my credit card. I didn't open the product so, based on their policies, I should be entitled to a full refund and should not have to pay for shipping. At first they offered a 20 percent refund and I keep the item or I pay for shipping for a full refund on the item but they claim that shipping will be over 20 dollars because it is being returned to another country. The item was shipped to me from Fairfield, NJ. This was unacceptable to because the product is not what I ordered and their own policy states that because of that they are responsible for the shipping costs. I wrote them again to refuse their offer then they counter offered with a refund of 60 percent and I keep the item. I refused that and again they counter offered with an 80 percent refund. At that point I just told them that I don't want to do business with them anymore and that I have to report this so that's what I'm doing now.
