I ordsred their discounted bucket special in anticipation of my sons baseball season. I received an order confirmation email (3/22) and two days later (3/24) an email that my order has shipped.

I gave them an additional few days for the tracking information to update but UPS' satus stated they have not received the package.

Upon reaching out to SMACKIN' I receive an automated email that it can take 3-4 additional business days to actually ship one you receive your shipping email.

I gave them ample time for that process as well and when i reached out again (3/28) I received a reply stating they are behind because they are "opening a new production and fulfillment factory which has cause delays in order processing".

It is now 4/4 and they have offered no solid updates on my order only that theyre "working on it". Come to find out this seems to have been a regular occurrence since 2023, potentially longer.
