I ordered this honey in February and I still have not received it. And we are in September 2026 now. At first, they said they were backlogged because there were too many sales yet. I haven't heard anything in response to any of the emails that I have sent to them, telling them I have not received my order. They promised that if I wanted to wait until they got caught up, till the end of February, they would add another bottle of honey to my original order for free. Very disappointed
