Placed an order for a product 11/15/18. Delivery time 7-12 days. Merchant collected money (via credit card) on 11/15/18. As of now 12/10/18 merchant is saying product has shipped by Fedex over a week ago and supplied a tracking number. However, I have followed up with Fedex and a shipping label has been generated but package has never been shipped.

Awesome quilts they say! They promise 5-7 days and claim to have World Class Customer Service, BS, Its SPAM, Con artists, don’t believe it, They take your money for their handmade quilts, then they string you along so to speak with excuses and empty promises and never send out the products, they have many sister sites, that are doing the same thing, how is this legal, it’s not but there getting away with it, from person to person from state to state another person loses $$, while they move on to their next gullible victim

Saw this add on social media. Ordered a horse quilt for a friend for Christmas. Received a confirmation email reviewing my purchase. Email confirmed order with order number. A day later I received another email stating my order was indeed being processed and the estimated process time was 5-7 business days. A picture that looked sketchy was enclosed in the email explaining the process time frame because the quilts were made by hand. I didn't feel comfortable and started to do some research. I sent an email asking when my order would be processed and my tracking number, I received a response saying my response had been received and was being reviewed by their support staff. After reading other reports on this site, I'm highly disappointed and most likely won't get my money back but am contacting my credit card company.

Placed an order for this company through Instagram, received an email stating that my order would ship within 5-7 business days. I never received an email notification with a tracking number, I emailed the so called company three times to see when my order would ship and if I would receive before Christmas. The so called company never replied to any of emails.

Ordered a horse quilt for present. Received legit looking email confirming purchase and follow up email providing processing info stating it would take 5-7 business days on Nov 14. Also stated I would receive tracking information once it shipped. Never received another email til inquired on status since it had been over 2x what they had said. Email from them that looked like it was in response to inquiry was coupon for 15% off another order. Found where others had same experience. Those few that did get a product did not get what they had ordered. Most didn’t get anything including myself. Name of entity paid was Media E Dryden St
