I ordered 3 packages of medical mouth tape for a family member that uses a C-PAP machine. I received 3 cheap pens. I contacted company support at the phone number provided. I asked the support associate to please send me a prepaid return label and to please expedite the proper items. The associate told me she couldn't do that and to email company support with the information so they could do an investigation. I asked "Aren't I talking to a support associate?" She told me they don't take information over the phone and I needed to do it by email. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told supervisors were not available and I could request to speak to a supervisor by email and would get a call within 72 hours. That's when I hung up and reported the incident to my credit card company and then submitted this incident report.
