I believed I had purchased a spice rack for $11.42 as a gift, but it never arrived. Instead, I noticed a charge of $76.21 for an item I never ordered. Both amounts were deducted from my Mastercard Debit card and appear on my transaction report. I feel I’ve been cheated and unable to recover the funds. I’ve already contacted my bank, but all they could do was cancel my debit card and issue a new one. Unfortunately, I have no way of contacting the company responsible for these charges.
