Place an order in July. On Aug 29 I sent an email checking on my order. I got an email back on August 30 saying that it was delivered to ask my neighbors that it was delivered to my courtyard. First of all I don’t have a courtyard. Second off I’m not going and hunting down the package that clearly states my address on it. They offered to send out a second package right away then told them by the time I got it, it will be winter time and these were summer clothes. that was the last I heard from them. Decided to reach out to them last night and got a message this morning that the package was sent out in October. And was delivered on October 12. Here it is December 5 and I have yet received my package. Reached out to them today and got the same emails from different people with the same issue. This time I told them I was going to get my lawyer involved. People this place is a SCAM! Do not buy from them

HUGE SCAM!

Placed an order on August 12, got a confirmation and tracking number. After about a month of checking the fake logistics page, it said my package was delivered which never happened. I contacted them via email (their fake webpage didn’t exist or says it is closed) and asked for a refund. They apologized and said would resend my order to which i asked for logistics company to contact me for a signature upon delivery. Another month is gone by and once again, says my package was delivered this week, which of course did not happen and nobody ever tried to contact me. Total scam. They steal your money

I placed an order July 26th it said package was delivered but never received. Messaged them and they said they can either investigate or send me my order again. Let's say the same thing happened again. Now they are saying they can give me 60% back but I am sure that won't happen.

placed order August 7th and still waiting asked for money back and I get this long message about its on the way. and 2 months later still nothing. so they got me for 60.58 for my childs clothes. this company is taking money and you get nothing. is its a SCAM

Scam

Placed an order on August 14, 2023. Received an e-mail with an order number. Received an e-mail with tracking number. When I tracked the package it says it was delivered on September 15, 2023. I haven't received anything from Skyssale. The web address it gives to reach out for questions is invalid. It states the store is closed.

Fake,

Ordered a few outfits for my daughters, 2 months ago.
Check the tracking it shows it's been delivered but it's not. There is no way to contact them their website, is no longer a website.
I also tried the tracking number on other sites, with all kept giving me a return message of not being a correct tracking number.
Definitely a scam, took money no product. Very disappointed
