My name is LindaLofton @ [email protected],First of all I never received the product I ordered,now I would like to cancel my order, I would also like for you to refund all monies that you have taken out of my,. The days you took money my account were October 7th, October 11th, October 17th and November 18th, I no longer want the product but would all of my money back,

I requested a refund by email and they told me they could not refund my money of $20 and they said the product was still on fulfillment. They told me I just need to wait. Then they had the nerve to charge me $29 twice after the initial purchase. I called customer care and they are part of the scam saying they could not pull up my account even though they have been emailing me back and forth.

I ordered the product on 10/31/2024. I contacted the company via email as the website only allows email contact for a refund and kept receiving a response about an error with someone in the company. They keep saying they are escalating my order for delivery and I still have not received the product. I continuously asked for a refund and they keep telling me they aren't able to process a refund.

Ordered product on 10/12 and it’s 11/5 still no product or update. They also tried taking $29.99 out of my account on two different occasions without my authorization and was unsuccessful thank God!

I ordered a skin care product from Skintura on Oct. 5, 2024 and it is Oct. 15, 2024 and I have not received the product or information that the product has been shipped. I also received a call from my bank stating that this same company charged another $29.99 to my account without my authorization
