Back June 5th 2026 I had ordered a custom built welding hood for a personal graduation/ birthday gift. On Jun 5th I sent 450$ through Zelle from account to account for the full payment that includes design, material, labor, and shipping and handling. After a couple weeks of not getting a design she stopped replying to my messages. The last contact I have had with her was Jun 17 with her stating she will send a design the following weekend. With that time past it being the start of October I have reported the crime to Zelle, Navy Federal Credit Union, El Paso Sheriffs department, and also my local sheriff department here in Clay County FL.
