Online Overseas Retailer Scam

Company advertises a product that looks like a high quality garment - sweatshirt with logo. The item that arrived was very poor quality material, poorly made altogether and weirdly sized. The return policy states that a return can be made as long as you are within 30days from receipt of the merchandise and it is unworn and in damaged. I just received this order two days ago and I have it in its original bag. Now the company is saying they won’t authorize a return because there’s no defect which is not a condition in their policy. I looked up reviews of this company and this is apparently their common practice to scam customers

The website shows a product of good quality, but when ordering the product I noticed it was delivered by a Chinese company. Upon opening the package to check the quality, I noticed the shirt material was rough and cheap, and the image was very blurry and low quality.

I asked to return the product, they tried to sell me with a discount code and partial credit, (no thank you). I reached out 2 times, no answer, finally on the 3rd attempt I said I was going to get my bank invloved for fraud.. Now they reply and they said no because it was open, how is one even supposed to check the quality of somthing without opening, (that's the scam part) all the tags and everything is still intact.

Stay away from this company.
